Objectives

General objective:

After completing this module, the student will be able to describe how an Aircraft is certified in compliance with applicable technical requirements.
The organization of the work for aircraft Certification is done per System, an identification of the applicable requirements has to be done for each one.
Once applicable requirements and interpretations are established, the Applicant and Authority agree on Means of Compliance (MoC).

Detailed objectives:

After completing this module, the student will be able for each listed system, to :
- quote and define the appropriate requirement
- explain the need of the requirement
- identify the interpretations
- apply the requirements and their interpretations to simple cases

- Electrical systems
- In-flight tests, performances
- Cabin safety
