Objectives

Detailed objectives:

At the end of the course, the student will be able to:
-Explain electromagnetic radiation basing on equivalence theorem and different forms of radiation formulas
-Quote and use characteristics of transmission and receiving antennas (zones of radiation, polarization, gain, band widths, connection evaluation)
-Choose a type of antenna according to an application targeted
-Design a simple patch or horn antenna using software of electromagnetic simulation
