Objectives

General objective:

After completing this module, the student will be able to :
- Assess the key ratios of performance of airline companies
- Be sensitized to the key issues of fleet financing and cash management of an aircraft operator that will help him/her to contribute to the global performance of his/her future employer.

Detailed objectives:

After completing this module, the student will be able to :
- Contribute to the management of financial components of the performance of a company, through elementary financial knowledge acquisition and the study of management control tools and practices that are specific to air transport.
- Be aware of strategic issues linked to cash flows and investments, to fleet renewal and to its financing.
- Contribute to the elaboration of financial forecasts and estimates in the aeronautical sector and the aerospace industry.
- Assess the key elements of financial analysis of an airline.
