Objectives

General objective:

After completing this module, the student will be able to :
· Describe how to develop sales management to face increased competition and to finance airport development
· Explain of the importance of extra aeronautical activities for the economy of the airport and the quality of passenger services.

Detailed objectives:

After completing this module, the student will be able to :
· Analyse how to maximize non aeronautical revenues
· Analyse the main characteristics of all the key extra aeronautical activities :
- car parks and access.
- airport catering
- airport publicity
- airport shops
- rent cars market.
· Adapt business development in airport from an infrastructure point of view.
