Objectives

After completing this module, the student will be able to :
- Explain the importance of non-aeronautical activities and revenues for airport financial situations and for customer experience
- Propose solutions to develop airport non-aeronautical revenues with regards to: commercial offer ; real estate ; car park and access management ; advertising ; car rental services...

Detailed objectives:

After completing this module, the student will be able to present or explain:
- Strategy and practices for development of airport non-aeronautical revenues
- Airport passenger terminal building commercial offer (duty-free, retail, food and beverage…)
- The opportunities, challenges and cost/revenue model related to the following non-aeronautical activities: Airport Advertising, Car Parks and Access, Airport Real Estate Management and Airport Car Rental Market.
