Objectives

General objective:

After completing this module, the student will be able to :
- Have a broad understanding of the aircraft, flight techniques, aircraft manufacturing and current aspects regarding the economics of air transportation.

Detailed objectives:

After completing this module, the student will be able to :
- Understand the role of each actor of air transportation and their influence economics in this sector.
- Know the Impact of the dangerous phenome’s for aviation
- Understand the organization of airspace and have a view of air traffic control.
- Have a broad understanding of the aircraft and the flight techniques.
- Understand the role and the market of regional aviation.
- Explain the performances of the aircrafts
- Have an overview of the airport organization.
- Understand the main challenges which are faced by an aircraft manufacturer in the different phases of programs.
- Recognize different types of aircraft and their specific features.
