TX699E - End of studies project


General objective:

At the end of the ESP internship, the student will be able to apply in a professional context, on a “long” project, in an autonomous position: knowledge, know-how and personal behavior skills, acquired during the ENAC training, including previous professional experience.

Detailed objectives:

At the end of the ESP internship, the student will be able to :

1 - Adapt to a professional environment
- Be part of a professional team : autonomy and coordination
- Adapt to the host organisation’s procedures and rules (eg : working hours)
- Use the host organisation’s tools, methods and standards
- Produce a professional deliverable that third parties can use

2 - Provide an appropriate response to the problem
- Analyse the problem in context
- perform a state of the art survey
- analyse the existing situation
- clarify the needs and objectives
- Design solutions to effectively solve the problem
- Justify solutions and choices made
- Explain the approach chosen to design the solutions
- Present and compare the solutions with their advantages and drawbacks

3- Take a critical look at the proposed solution
- Master the subject
- Evaluate the limits of the solution
- Estimate additional adjustments to be made
- Identify potential developments that could be implemented to pursue the work

4 - Summarize the work in a written document (end of study project Memoir)
- Structure the body of the report
- Describe and explain the problem
- Describe and explain the solution
- Describe and explain the work done, from problem to solution
- Submit a well-written document

5- Present the work orally (Oral Defence)
- Present the subject and the work done, clearly and synthetically
- Use a different vantage point from that of the written document
- Provide a conclusion to the work done
- Demonstrate good presentation skills
- Keep to time
