AV5008 - Practical applications on "full flight" cockpit simulator

Objectives

General objective:

At the end of this course, the student shall be able to explain the exploitation of the cockpit's systems by a crew, through carrying out an operational flight.

Detailed objectives:

- Put those students in a context as close as possible to an operational one, as they might observe it on a A320 jump seat during a flight.
- Apply the systems theoretical and practical knowledge that a technical crew of an airliner may use
- Apply the operational procedures from the preliminary cockpit preparation until the landing
- Identify the problematics linked to the crew workload during a normal and abnormal situation (management of a simple failure during cruise)
