Objectives

General objective:

Explain the concepts related to the diagnosis and supervision of onboard systems.

Detailed objectives:

At the end of this course the student will be able to :
- Explain the main methodological aspects of systems diagnosis and supervision.
- Explain the main analytical and qualitative approaches of diagnosis
- Explain the main techniques of automatic fault detection and management of degraded modes
- Apply this knowledge to real cases
- Describe the architecture, functions and interfaces of an onboard surveillance system ECAM
- Describe the regulatory framework, methods an tools related to technical investigations
