CP4010 - Entrepreneurship project

Objectives

General objective:

At the end of the course, the students shall be able to write a business plan dedicated to the project and will have to report the results during an oral defence.

Detailed objectives:

The students will have to prepare a business plan describing the key components of his project.
The business plan enables not only to manage a project but also to communicate and convince potential stakeholders to invest in the future company. It contains a solid market survey, a clear commercial strategy and realistic financial forecast in order to find sources of funding.
