Objectives

General objective:

Explain the major issues of airport management in relation with the safety, ground handling assistance, freight management, etc.

Detailed objectives:

At the end of the course the student will be able to:
-Develop a strategic platform development management.
-Describe the ground handling assistance procedures.
-Explain how work the slot allocation system about the coordinated airport.
-Enumerate the air freight management procedures like a freight integrator. Classify different types of dangerous goods and the necessary procedures of air transport system management.
-Explain why to use a CDM organization (Collaborative Decision Making)
-Describe the airport system.
-Understand the economic and strategic issues of airport management.
