Objectives

General objective:

Students having followed this course will be able to apply basic techniques in needs analysis within an innovation project. They will be able to identify the stages in an innovation process where it is relevant to use these techniques.

Detailed objectives:

Detailed objectives encompass:
1. being able to identify the stages in an innovation process where it is relevant to use needs analysis techniques 2. being able to apply contextual interview techniques in the project
3. being able to build scenarios for the project, based on the interviews

Position in the programme

Ideally, this course should occur before the creativity course.
