Objectives

General objective:

Understanding intellectual property as a strategic tool for a company.

Detailed objectives:

The student will be able to:
- Explain the stakes of intellectual property for a company.
- Briefly describe existing intellectual property tools.
- Model an intellectual property strategy on a project using intellectual property tools involving:
1. Know how to protect your work (by what means and by what procedures),
2. identify an economic valuation method in correlation with the protection method.
- Being able to present its strategic reasoning to others on the use of intellectual property and valuation tools.
