MA5009 - Machine learning

Objectives

General objective:

Explain and distinguish major concepts of machine learning, in particular of supervised learning. This includes examples of methods allowing to learn a model from data.
Generalization of digital instruments and accumulation of big data showed the growing need of automatized and “intelligent” operation of this data.
In air transport, making available radar data, flight plan data, traffic or passengers flow data allows to consider new instruments and models basing on exploitation of this big data.
