RE4015 - Research Introduction Project - Optimization team

Objectives

General objective:

Upon completion of this course, the student will be able to master a scientific approach to tackle an optimization research problem with or without dynamic constraints.

Detailed objectives:

In particular, the student will be able:
· to provide a survey of the state of the art on the problem under study,
· to formulate assumptions and to study their limitations,
· to model the problem using a mathematical framework,
· to propose, implement, test and compare solving methods,
· to write a scientific article and to defend it.
