Objectives

General objective:

The objectives of the course are to make the students able to :
• Define a project and its essential characteristics;
• describe the project management processes and the project management knowledge areas ;
• conduct the planning process on a simple project ;
• understand and use the Tools necessary for planning a simple project;
• develop a project management plan to gather information on stakeholders, cost, schedule and risks.
