At the end of the course, the student shall be able to:
- To describe a project and its’ main parts
- To describe what is project management and its various domains of knowledge
- To lead the various processes of project management (starting, planning, execution, oversight and closure).
- To use a Project management software in order to schedule of a simple project
- To quote valuation methods and project costs control methods
- To describe project risk management methods
