Objectives

General objective:

At the end of this course, the student will be able to:
- Give the definition of leader's and manager's role
- Explain the main manager's qualities expected from team members in various countries
- Communicate in an adpated manner to interact with people form different cultures (EU, USA, China, India)
- Prepare for in company training and jobs abroad or in an international environment
- Acquire some tools related to the manager's role (selection, motivation, communication, evaluation, ...)
