Objectives
General objective:
Upon completion of this course, the student will be able to use the technical knowledge for flight dispatch and management
Detailed objectives:
Upon completion of this course, the student shall be able to:
- To evaluate the flight feasibility
- To determine maximum masses for take-off, landing and during the flight
- To determine the payload due to operational constraints
- To choose flight parameters in order to comply with regulatory request and to optimize the costs
- To calculate fuel on board
- To propose solutions in order to maximize the economic efficiency of an airline company
- To identify and to describe the environment of airlines operations
- To explain general principles of PBN (Performances Based Navigation)
