Upon completion of this course, the student will be able to present the aircraft safety oversight system through the applicable aiwrorthiness concepts.
Detailed objectives:
Upon completion of this course, the student will be able to:

- present the lmain reguilatory bodies (ICAO, EASA), explain their role and responsibilities, and describe the main principles brought by their regulations
[Airworthiness concepts]
- quote the international standards (ICAO) and the associated EASA requirements applicable to airworthiness
- explain the ICAO principles for airworthiness
- describe the type certification / validation process
- describe the principles applicable to the aircrfrat production and delivery
- use these concepts on simple cases
