At the end of this course, the student shall recognise the necessity to constantly extend his knowledge and analyse factors wich affect personal and team performance.

Detailed objectives:

At the end of this course,the student shall :
1- Understand the operator's mental mecanisms
2- Develop an awareness regarding the link between life style and performance
3- To become aware of the parameters that influence human relations
4- Understandd the relation between human error and safety
5- Use stress management tools
6- Specify and understand cooperation mecanisms and their impact on safety
