Objectifs

Objectif général :

Airlines are adopting Business Intelligence solutions to better manage this strategic resource. The objective of this course is to understand the initiatives undertaken by airlines to reduce both fuel expenses and carbon emissions.

Objectifs détaillés :

This is addressed through an analysis of the operational procedures implemented and the deployment of decision-support IT solutions, enabling fuel management to be handled like other strategic airline costs.
This course will provide simple tools to estimate potential savings from different types of operational procedures. In particular, it will help prioritize initiatives according to their savings potential and their implementation difficulty.
