At the end of this course, students will be able to:
- Understand the regulatory framework of Annex 19 established by ICAO to assist states in assessing and controlling the security risks of each air service provider.

Understand the safety management arrangements put in place by ICAO
– Explain what is an effective management system in terms of safety performance
– Identify and use risk management tools to improve the safety performance of aircraft
