Objectifs

Objectif général :

At the end of this module, applicants will be able to explain the working methods of air traffic controllers that are used to manage air traffic in a safe and efficient way on an en-route control position.

Objectifs détaillés :

After completing this module, the applicant will :
- know the geographical characteristics of an en-route sector
- know the different types of separation applied by air traffic controllers
- know the different types of coordination used by air traffic controllers
- understand the importance of phraseology in radiocommunications
- be familiarized with the HMI
- know how air traffic controllers are trained on simulators
