Objectifs

Objectif général :

The general objectives of this course is:
- to present the regulatory framework applicable to civil aviation, including the unmanned aircraft
- to present civil law dealing with UAV operations

Objectifs détaillés :

After completing this module, the student will be able to:
- Present the international regulatory bodies (ICAO, EASA), their role and the main regulations issued
- Describe the associated system of certificates / approvals
- Present the regulatory framework applicable to UAV
- Understand the civil law applicable to UAV operations (risks and risk prevention)
