OVERVIEW
The training course aims at giving the participants:
- Technical skills in the field of airline operations,
- Management skills by developing methodological and organizational
proficiencies in several areas close to aircraft operations (safety, maintenance, training, stations).
It focuses on:
- Sustainable development
- Economics
- Corporate management
- Airline operational efficiency
- Safety management
Objectives
At the completion of the master program, participants will be able to:
- Apply basic technical knowledge to make better decisions in aircraft operations
- Select global strategic approaches for operations
- Define the needs for improving the decision-making capabilities in the field of airline operations
- Apply critical thinking and research skills through case studies, simulations, and other problem-solving activities
Program
Training content
The Mastère Spécialisé®, also called Advanced Master is a post-graduate specialization degree created by the French Conférence des Grandes Écoles.
This program includes formal teaching and the preparation of an individual
thesis.
An academic part:
- 15 part-time courses of 4 days max per month,
including weekends
- 3 immersion courses at ENAC, to gather all attendees in Toulouse,
to develop group cohesion, to work in groups on study cases and to
participate to conferences and meetings with air transport leader.
- 12 webinar courses with renowned international experts to acquire
skills and share experience through lectures, case-studies, projects,…
A professional thesis:
The 6-month project is a transition between academic training and professional experience. Participants are allowed to perform their professional thesis within their company
