Objectives
General objective:
This module aims to provide the student/applicant with basics of diagnostic and auditing techniques for assessing safety performance in organizations.
Detailed objectives:
• Describe the working methods used to carry out a safety performance diagnosis in an organization: sources of information, techniques (gap analysis, survey, evaluation, etc.), etc.
• Describe the audit process, from planning to closure, and the main principles to be applied.
• Define the role of the auditors, their qualities, attitudes and behaviours
• Describe the missions of the different organizations in charge of accident investigations
